What you will need
- Legal entity details — registered name and CIPC registration number, exactly as registered.
- Regulatory standing — your NCR registration number, or your SARB banking licence reference.
- Beneficial ownership — directors and ultimate beneficial owners above the disclosure threshold.
- A named accountable person — who signs off the tenant and its two-eyes operator roster.
- Your intended verticals — which of the seven you will originate in the first year.
Registration
Refused: this deployment cannot register a tenant. It is running as a public information site with no registration store configured, so the form below is a reference copy with its submit disabled. To start for real, email tenants@wynk.systems and we open the workflow with you.
What happens to what you send us
- Registration data is processed to assess and provision your tenancy, and for no other purpose.
- Beneficial-ownership data is retained for the period FICA requires and then destroyed.
- If onboarding does not proceed, we destroy the submission at the end of the assessment period.
- You can ask what we hold at any time: privacy@wynk.systems.
