Terms of use
The terms on which this website is provided. They govern the website — not any service contract, which is a separate signed agreement.
This site is informational
- Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to provide credit, or credit advice.
- Pricing published here is indicative. Your terms depend on scope, volume and regulatory profile, and only a signed agreement binds either of us.
- Capability statuses on this site describe the platform at the time of writing. A capability marked in build is not yet load-bearing and must not be relied on in a risk assessment.
If you sign in
- Access to the customer portal is provided by the institution you are a customer of. Their terms govern that relationship; these terms govern only the website you reached it through.
- You are responsible for keeping your one-time codes and devices under your control, and for telling your provider promptly if they are not.
- We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being used to commit an offence or to interfere with the service, and we will say so rather than degrade quietly.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, or that is designed to interfere with how this site or the platform operates.
- Security research is welcome and we would rather hear from you than not: write to security@wynk.systems before testing anything that could affect a live tenant, and we will agree a scope with you.
Intellectual property
The content, design and software behind this site belong to Wynk Systems or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation; you may not reproduce the site's content as your own or use our marks without written permission.
Liability
This site is provided as it stands. We take reasonable care that it is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where they apply to you, are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
