How Wynk Systems handles personal information collected through this website, under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
Who is responsible
Wynk Systems, a company registered in South Africa, is the responsible party for information you submit through the forms on this site. Our information officer is reachable at privacy@wynk.systems.
What we collect, why, and for how long
We collect only the fields the forms display. There is no analytics script on this site, no advertising pixel, and no third-party cookie: what follows is the complete list.

The retention period is stamped onto the record at the moment it is stored, as a date the record itself carries. It is not a policy someone has to remember to apply.
Cookies
- The public pages of this site set no cookies at all. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- If you sign in, the session sets strictly necessary cookies: a session identifier, the provider you signed in to, and a cross-site-request-forgery token. They are exempt from consent under section 11 because the service cannot be delivered without them.
- Signing out clears them. Nothing is retained for advertising or measurement.
Who else sees it
- Enquiries and registrations are read by our own staff for the purpose they were submitted under, and for no other purpose.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- Where a registration proceeds, information may be shared with the regulators and verification sources named on the onboarding page — that is the purpose it was collected for.
- Our infrastructure is hosted in South Africa (af-south-1) with disaster recovery in the European Union (eu-west-1). The EU has been recognised as providing adequate protection, and the transfer is covered by section 72 on that basis.
Your rights
- Access — ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Correction and deletion — ask us to correct information that is wrong or delete information we no longer have a purpose for.
- Objection — object to processing, on reasonable grounds.
- Complaint — complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have handled your information unlawfully. You do not need to come to us first.
Requests go to privacy@wynk.systems. We answer within 30 days.
How it is protected
Submissions from this site are stored inside the platform's own tenant boundary, with row-level security enforced by the database, and their receipt is recorded in a hash-chained audit log. The record cannot be edited after it is stored — only read for the purpose it was submitted under, or deleted when its retention period expires. Wynk Systems is a bank-grade core-banking platform. Registered in South Africa.
